Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Return policy
1、 At our shop, your complete satisfaction is important to us.All of our products undergo rigorous inspection and stringent quality control checks before being sent to customers. Please inspect your item upon receipt (before removing any factory tape or wearing it) and thoroughly verify that there are no blemishes, nor damages, and the products can operate normally. If you receive your item in less than satisfactory condition, please contact customer service within 72 hours to inform us and get a return authorization number (RAN). When we receive your item, we will inspect it, and, as per your instructions, exchange or refund the full cost of the merchandise. But if the product has any problem,you will bear the return shipping fee.
2、 You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way。
We will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
